Hey Guys!  Thanks for visiting Fit Chef Prep!

Our meal prep business Fit Chef Prep is perfect for many aspects of your life. Whether it's to lose weight, save time, save money, or work on your fitness goals. It helps in all these areas.

I want to focus on the weight loss right now. There are many figures stating that weight (fat) loss is 80% of what you eat, or 90%. From personal experience, it is closer to 99.99999% dependent on what foods you consume. I've been working out with Kristie at Absolute Fitness for years now, but when my diet is bad, my body fat goes up. Like UP UP and it's no fun. It's like she always says, "you can't out train a bad diet."

When I began my weight loss journey in 2017, I weighed over 300lbs. Through meal prepping and mindful eating, I was able to lose 100lbs in JUST 9 MONTHS! Literally that's all I did is control my portion size, better mindful eating, and the best part was I got to eat all the time! I love food! You just have to choose the right food and the right portions.

With Fit Chef Prep, we have designed our core menu around the foods I used to lose all of the weight (and now I'm still using it to gain muscle!).

Your results are a reflection of what you're willing to do. I KNOW it's hard to cut out the processed, yummy, sugary, fried foods. Your body craves it when you're actively keeping it in your diet. If you can switch to healthier foods and stay consistent, your body will stop craving it!

Don't get me wrong, I still love a burger and a beer AND pizza, and I will have them from time to time! I'm not a complete health nut. You CAN still enjoy those foods, just sparingly. I sure as heck do!

This was my normal food routine on a daily basis.  I would add in foods (see WEEKLY SPOTLIGHTS!) to add some variety, but this right here is the CORE of my meal plan.  

8am - Protein and Omega Packed Oatmeal

10am - 1/2 Quinoa, Veggies, and Boiled Egg

12pm - 1/2 Chicken Cut Meal

2pm - 1/2 Quinoa, Veggies, and Boiled Egg

4pm - 1/2 Chicken Cut Meal

7pm - Protein Shake

This what my normal day looked like as far as food goes. As you can see I eat ALL THE TIME! I love eating!
